Projects we will work on together

  • Facility Management System / Austria, Italy, Germany
    With our partner we are building a facility management system as a product. You will be responsible for this project. 

  • IoT Platform Sense.Camp / Europe

It is a MAKERS product - we are develop, customize and operate our solution for customers in the cloud and on-prem. You should lead the implementation of this product and create something extraordinary.

Your daily job and responsibilities

  1. Working with teams to prepare project plans (scope, capacity, schedule, and quality), and keep them updated. Planning what work needs to be done, when, and who’s going to do it.

  2. Communicate with the customer people to keep the right expectations, kick-off project, inform about project’s status and priorities (e.g. what is needed to be done on both sides), achieve customer acceptance.

  3. Making sure the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits, the project is running on time and to budget and the work is done to the right standard and expected scope. Coordinating work done by different people or parties.

  4. Dealing with changes to the project as and when necessary, prepare and manage stakeholders' approval and incorporation into the project.

  5. Looking at the risks involved in a particular project and managing these risks by proposing and executing corrective actions.

  6. Communicate with internal stakeholders, keep project's status (milestones, tasks) transparency, lead status meetings and report project status, achievements, and issues to be solved.

  7. Taking care of project documentation  (orders, contracts, protocols, etc.), setting access rights to projects in the company's internal systems, and approving people's timesheets.

  8. Motivating the team of people involved in the project.

  9. Coordinating teams to prepare solution proposals or resolve technical challenges.

Relevant skills, knowledge and experience

  • YOU SHOULD HAVE

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

    • Proven project management experience in software product development

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and leading team at a time

    • Strong communication skills, balanced personality and team player

    • Ability to understand technical issues and topics

    • Experience with project management tools such a Teamwork, Google Workspace (Docs) or similar

  • COULD HAVE

    • Understanding the economic structure of the project, experience with active management of project's economy

    • Experience with Agile techniques and pragmatic approach to apply

    • Ability to facilitate various situations
