    Our customer is a full-service technology partner that opens the energy marketplace to real estate owners and transforms built environment into a flexible power network. We share common infrastructure with our customer and you will become a member of our common team. Your responsibility will be to support this infrastructure and people that are using it in EU.

  • MAKERS - internally  

We are building our internal ICT environment in MAKERS to support our business and development. Your responsibility will be to help INFRA team to support this environment and its’ users.

Your daily job and responsibilities

  1. Provide up to L3 support for technical issues across our environment, with focus on end-user experience

  2. Effectively manage inbound support requests via helpdesk, tickets, email and Slack.

  3. Solve problems and support solutions related to macOS, Windows, Linux, mobile devices, office printers, A/V and video conferencing systems

  4. Root cause prevalent hardware and software issues

  5. Lead the charge in automating standard processes

  6. Maintain an updated knowledge base

  7. Provide executive support and training

  8. Onboard new hires including provisioning of computers, accounts, and peripherals

  9. Collaborate with the rest of the Infrastructure team to provide a reliable help model

Dávid Kőszeghy

Dávid is Chief Software Lead in MAKERS and one of the co-owners. He is a big fan of CNCF/cloud technologies and is active in multiple technology meetups (such an IoT Bratislava, Kubernetes, etc.).

Infrastructure Team is responsible for working with containers/orchestration tools/automation/CNCF cloud applications to get our solutions to our customers

Relevant skills, knowledge and experience

  • YOU SHOULD HAVE

    • 4+ years of experience supporting IT services, including configuration, patching, and diagnosis of macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android

    • Experience working with endpoint configuration management tools; we prefer JAMF and JumpCloud.

    • Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure, identity, and productivity suites (i.e. JumpCloud/SSO integrations, LDAP, Google Workspace, Gitlab, SaaS Applications)

    • Intermediate understanding of networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP etc.)

    • Self-motivated problem solver who knows how to utilize resources effectively

    • Highly organized and precise, with great attention to detail

    • Ability to provide concise documentation within a ticketing system

    • Experience with office hardware such as printers, video conferencing, and A/V systems

    • Ability and strong desire to work autonomously while achieving results

    • Ambitious, flexible attitude to prioritize in a rapidly growing startup environment

  • COULD HAVE 

    • Knowledge of scripting (i.e. Python, Bash, PowerShell, Apps Script)

    • Intermediate familiarity with Chrome OS troubleshooting

    • Advanced administration experience with Gitlab, Slack, and Google Workspace

    • Experience supporting a zero-trust environment
